Northumberland estate agent reports surge in residential lettings instructions

An Alnwick-based estate agency has reported a significant increase in residential lettings.

It comes on the back of Lorna White and Jennifer Neil being appointed to lead Bradley Hall’s growing lettings service.

The pair joined the firm earlier this year; Lorna as head of lettings and Jennifer as a property executive specialising in residential lettings.

In the past 10 weeks, 34 lettings properties have been brought to market across Northumberland, with 85% of those managed by the team in Alnwick.

Lorna said: “We have been really pleased with the response since joining Bradley Hall and the number of landlords who have chosen to bring their properties to us. We are looking forward to continuing to grow the portfolio and supporting landlords across Northumberland.”

Jennifer added: “It has been a really exciting start for us at Bradley Hall. We know the Northumberland market well and are seeing strong interest from landlords looking for professional support with their properties.”

The growth of the lettings service forms part of a wider investment in Bradley Hall’s Northumberland office, which has expanded its range of residential and commercial services in response to increasing client demand.

The office provides residential sales and lettings, property management, commercial agency, RICS valuations, second home ownership and management, off-market sales and professional consultancy advice.

Lorna and Jennifer work closely with Phil Smith, head of residential lettings and management, and colleagues across Bradley Hall’s wider network to provide landlords with access to specialist lettings and property management expertise.

The team can advise onrental values, marketing, tenant selection, property inspections, repairs, arrears management and the ongoing management of a tenancy.
